DAMAR RECRUITMENT is a recruitment and placement agency authorized according to GEO 32/2026, specialized in bringing qualified and unqualified personnel from outside the European Union for companies in Romania.
We have been active on the market since 2023 and work with employers in construction, HoReCa, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, IT and many other fields. We recruit for any position, through verified partners from abroad.
We take care of the entire process: candidate selection, documentation, single application on the WorkinRomania.gov.ro platform, visa, arrival in the country and residence permit. The employer chooses the candidates, we take care of the rest.
